Any product sold by Nappynat.it to a "consumer" comes with the legal warranty on consumer goods, which covers compliance defects which appear within 24 hours from the goods delivery date.
What is the legal warranty?
It is the warranty on the sale of consumer goods envisaged by Community Directive 1999/44/CE, also called “compliance warranty” which protects you in the event of the product you purchase having compliance defects in respect of the sales contract ("Legal Warranty").
This happen, for example, in the case of products that function poorly, which cannot be used in the manner stated by the Vendor or for the purpose for this products of the same type are used, which do not have the features or quality promises or which do not satisfy the purpose for which they were purchased.

How long does the legal warranty last?
The Legal Warranty covers conformity defects which become apparent within 24 months from the date the product you purchased is delivered, although at that time the defect was not immediately detectable. To claim you must notify the vendor of the presence of the defect within 2 months from when you discovered.
Unless proved otherwise, it is assumed that any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within the first 6 months from the date the goods were delivered already existed on that date, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of compliance.
We recommend that you always keep the purchase receipt which is inside the product packaging, as well as the document to confirm shipment and delivery of the product.
Am I entitled to the Legal Warranty?
The Legal Warranty only applies to the consumer, that is, to those who buy products for non-business purposes. For example, if you buy a pack of diapers exclusively for your own personal use, you are entitled to the legal warranty. Conversely, if you buy it to use in your work, the Legal Guarantee does not apply.
Who do I apply to claim the Legal Warranty
If you are a consumer can claim the Legal Warranty from those who sold you the product, even if it is a person other than the manufacturer. From products purchases from Nappynat.it Nappynat.it itself is therefore responsible.
What rights does the legal warranty give me?
If the product you have purchased has a defect covered by the Legal Warranty, you have the right, without you having to incur any expense, to have the defective product repaired or replaced by the Vendor. You are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract in the following cases:
- if the replacement or repair of the product is not possible or else is excessively expensive;
- if the vendor has neither repaired not replaced the product within a reasonable period of time;
- if the replacement or repair of the product caused you particular inconvenience
To determine the amount of the price reduction or the amount to which you a re entitled in these cases regard is had to the use you made of the product. Keep in mind that a minor flaw which it was not possible or excessively to repair or replace does not give entitlement to terminate the contract.
