If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with its purchase, items not used can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date the goods were received.

The package to be returned must be neither cut not broken.

Instructions for returns

  1. To request authorisation to return, it is necessary to send and e-mail to, indicating the order and articles to be returned, as well as the reason and the type of compensation sought.
